Terms of Service

By using Nina, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Nina is a marketplace connecting clients and professionals. We are not a party to any agreement between them.

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and all activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old.

Client submits a booking request, specialist confirms, then requests payment. Payments are processed via Stripe. Nina charges a 12% commission on each paid session.

Cancellation policy depends on each specialist (default: 48h before session — full refund, later — 50%).

Illegal activity, fraud, spam, hate speech, pornography, sale of prohibited goods are forbidden.

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the quality of professionals' services.

Nina is not liable for damages arising from client-specialist interactions.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
