How much does it cost?+

Who receives the payment — me or Nina?+

Money goes to your Stripe account. We only keep the 12% platform fee.

What if my clients pay in cash?+

Use Nina as a free storefront. Accept cash at the session — we do not interfere. No commission.

Can I cancel a booking?+

Yes — you set your own cancellation policy (e.g. free 48h before, 50% refund after). Clients see it on your profile.

Is my data safe?+

Yes. We hash passwords (bcrypt), never store card data (Stripe handles it), and are GDPR-compliant. See our Privacy Policy.
